INTRODUCTION: Babolat Revenge 16G Strings are a co-polyester monofilament string that are an eye-catching red color. They join the growing trend towards a softer, more forgiving feel in the polyester string category.

PLAYABILITY: Babolat Revenge 16G Strings are one of the best polyesters on the market. I found them to have many similarities to one of my all-time favorite strings, Gamma Zo Tour 16G strings.

In contrast to the really, hard, unforgiving polyester products, Babolat Revenge has a beautifully soft feel on impact. It not only offers the extremely topspin-friendly benefits that is the hallmark of polyester strings, it also offers tremendous feel and control. It's strings like Babolat Revenge that are the reason why Polyesters are now finding quickly growing popularity with younger players, who have been warned off the much harder (and injury-producing) polys by astute coaches and advisors. If you're loooking for a hybrid set-up, I highly recommend Revenge with either Babolat XCel 17G strings or Babolat Addiction 17G strings, two exceptionally high quality multifilament strings.
