About PRINCE - The Company
The Prince company was founded in 1970, firstly as a tennis ball machine manufacturer. Howard Head, founder of the Head Ski Company, started to play tennis using a Prince ball machine. His impatience with his progress lead to the development of the Prince signature oversized tennis racquet that changed the face of the sport in the early eighties. Prince went on to introduce its full range of tennis equipment, which also includes bags, strings, shoes and a wide range of tennis accessories.
