- Unused products may be returned within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
- Unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged or defective goods, wrong item sent), shipping is non-refundable.
- Send your return via UPS.
- Return packages must be prepaid; we do not accept COD.
- Exchanges are subject to a reshipping charge of $5.95.
- The method of refund will be the same as the original payment method.
- If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return.
- If you do not have a receipt, a store credit will be issued.
- If a custom string was used in a racquet, the cost of the string will not be reimubursed.
- Racquets must be returned in brand new condition with the original plastic wrap on the handle. We will not accept racquets with scrapes on the bumper guard, ball fuzz on the strings, etc. Racquets must be sent boxed with adequate padding to avoid damage during shipping.
- Shoes must be returned in brand new condition in the original manufacturer's box with all labels attached. We will not accept shoes shipped directly in the manufacturer's box - package the shoe box within a shipping carton or wrap the shoe box in brown paper before sending.

If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton, all the packing material and the item. Notify us immediately at 1-800-664-6619 so we can help you with the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
