WARRANTY POLICY

TENNIS RACQUET FRAMES COME WITH A 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.

GROMMET STRIPS (ON NEW FRAMES) COME WITH A 30-DAY WARRANTY.

SHOES COME WITH A LIMITED WARRANTY.

(Breakage and damage due to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or improper care is not included in the above warranties.)

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Report any discrepancies immediately. Call toll free 1-800-664-6619
Most merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipping date will be replaced if a defect is found. If you prefer, you may exchange merchandise or receive a store credit or refund.
Merchandise returned past 30 days of the the shipping date may be sent to the manufacturer. You may choose to receive a replacement or a store credit. Rejected products will be returned to you with a written explanation.
Items may be repaired whenever possible.
Replacement items carry the remainder of the original warranty.
